Bright and absolutely perfect room plus a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control. Wonderful central location, near the city centre and the V & A Waterfront, great bars, cafes and restaurants and the Rosedene Guest House.

The breakfast here is delicious with a wide variety of fresh food, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

location: the hotel was so close to many beautiful restaurants, the beaches at camps bay, and restaurants on kloof street. the breakfast was delicious and very tasty with the beautiful view and fresh fruit, as for instance and the atmosphere was quiet. the staff was courteous, incredible, no complaints whatsoever.

The morning meal was nice hot and delicious with the beautiful view, free wine, fresh fruit...

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and exceptional service offered at this value for money guesthouse. The manager welcomed us upon arrival and even arranged for a staff member to ensure our safety at night. The area felt safe and we enjoyed a stroll while my husband fetched pizza. We were amazed to find a hot breakfast available early in the morning before our flight, and the complimentary wine for sundowners was a lovely touch. The cottage we stayed in was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. Despite being winter, the garden with lemon trees provided a serene atmosphere. Comparing the cost to the warm hospitality, we highly recommend this guesthouse. a must-stay in Cape Town!
